“Rick” and his wife Kathy moved to River Falls from northern Wisconsin. They have lived in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Virginia and Rick has spent some time in Russia.  Rick and Kathy have 2 children and 5 grandchildren with one on the way.  He has been a deacon since 2000, serving in the Green Bay, Richmond, and Superior dioceses.  Rick has a B.A. in Applied Behavioral Sciences from National Louis University and an M.A. in Pastoral Ministry from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. 
Rick has worked as a deputy sheriff, service technician, college instructor, diocesan director, and pastoral associate.  His areas of focus are liturgy, music, scripture, and homiletics.

Steven joined the St. Bridget staff in 2026 as the Business Administrator under the pastoral guidance of Fr. Bala. He and his wife, Jackie, have five adult children and have been gifted three grandchildren. They raised their family on his family farm in Beldenville. His experiences have taken him from dairy farming, ag/commercial credit officer, real estate sales, and operations manager in structural mitigation primarily of water and fire damage. They are lifelong members of St. Francis of Assisi parish in Ellsworth, where they are active in volunteerism to the liturgy and faith formation roles. He has been an active member of the Ellsworth community at large as a member of the community school board, serving for nearly ten years.

Lindsey has been a part of Saint Bridget Parish her whole life. She has helped with leading a Faith Formation group, helping with the youth group, and has gone to multiple youth conferences. God has always been an essential part of her life and she is so excited to see where He leads her with this position!

Barrett Grove

Barrett started working at St. Bridget's part-time leading the Life Teen Band in 2007. In 2010 he was hired full-time to a created position as the Liturgical Ministry Coordinator. Before his work at St. Bridget he was a Master Electrician for nearly 20 years in Minnesota. Barrett is a lifelong resident of River Falls, and a graduate of St. Bridget School. He and his wife Kris own The Table on Main in town, have two children, Amanda and Brian and two grandkids.

Tessa lives in River Falls with her husband Chad, their children Priscilla and Levi, and their mean, but beautiful cat, Bella. Tessa loves spending time with her family, drinking coffee, reading, hiking, kayaking, and playing games.

Sophie started at St. Bridget as the Communications Coordinator in June 2024. Sophie graduated from Benedictine College in December of 2023 with a degree in Journalism & Communications and a minor in English. Before coming to St. Bridget Parish, Sophie worked for the monks of St. Benedict's Abbey as a Communications intern, and also worked as a freelance copywriter/editor. She enjoys writing poetry, walking, spending time outdoors, and listening to music.

Randy is the Maintenance Director at St. Bridget. Before starting his role here in 2019, Randy used his degree to work as an Industrial Machine Mechanic for most of his career, and he was also a farmer from the Big River area. What he likes most about his role at St. Bridget is that he gets to work with all the wonderful staff and parishioners seven days a week!

 

Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife, Roxy, his three children, and six grandchildren. He also enjoys woodworking, rock hounding, and the outdoors. Randy and Roxy have lived in River Falls since 1985 and have been members at St. Bridget since then as well. Randy also enjoys ministries in the parish, such as cantering and eucharistic ministering.
