Below are forms required for vendors who would like their crafts displayed in the annual Holiday Happenings Craft Show on December 6th, 2025!
IMPORTANT: Before filling out these forms, contact the parish office to be put into contact with the facilitator of Holiday Happenings. All vendors need to be approved by the facilitator before they can register. This ensures that all vendors are protected from any scammers. Thank you!
