St. Bridget Catholic Community is seeking a dynamic and faith-filled Principal to lead our fully accredited PreK–8 school in River Falls, Wisconsin. We are looking for a visionary leader who is passionate about Catholic education and committed to fostering academic excellence, spiritual growth, and a vibrant school community.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide strong spiritual and instructional leadership for students, faculty, and staff
· Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
· Support the integration of technology into the curriculum
· Foster positive relationships with students, parents, parishioners, and the wider community
· Oversee day-to-day school operations in collaboration with the parish leadership

Qualifications:
· Active, practicing Catholic who is deeply committed to the mission of Catholic education
· Holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration
· Minimum of three years of experience in education
· Demonstrates excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
· Possesses a forward-thinking vision for curriculum development, student achievement, and community service

Substitute Teachers: St. Bridget Parish School
Reports to: Principal
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
Experience Required: Teaching experience preferred, but not required.
Certification Required: Valid teacher certification.
 
Job Duties:
Plans, prepares and delivers instruction that engages students and provides academic growth.
Ensures student growth and achievement in accordance with grade level.
Models the St Bridget mission and philosophy.
Responsible for tracking student attendance, behavioral issues and classroom events.
Communicates with parent/guardians and the community professionally, if necessary.
Communicates regularly with school leadership and other faculty to maximize effective instructional activities.
Meets professional obligations by honoring schedules and deadlines.
Any other assigned duties.
