Spiritual direction is a ministry which provides guidance and companionship on the journey of faith.  It can help individuals, couples, and small groups to notice and respond to God's presence in their daily lives and in all of creation.  The Road to Emmaus, Luke 24:v.13-35, is a good example of how spiritual direction might work.  Tending to the needs of mind, body, and spirit, spiritual direction fosters inner peace, clarity, and wholeness in the midst of our busy and changing world.
