First Weeks of the Cluster
We have completed the first two weeks of our cluster. I want to thank both staffs and parishioners for your cooperation. From my standpoint things are going well. There are items that are being adjusted as we see what is needed. The one item for St. Bridget Parish is the Nursing Homes Masses are being moved to Wednesday afternoons. This will provide me a full uninterrupted day St. Mary’s in Hammond.
I am getting better at remembering what I have to take to each parish. Also, I am driving the speed limit to get to one parish to another. Some people have asked….! The parish councils of St. Mary’s and St. Bridget’s will have a dinner meeting in August to discuss ideas for future collaboration.

Feed My Starving Children Co-Leaders Needed
We need two local co-leaders for Feed My Starving Children to work with Steve Linehan. Our efforts in the River Falls area created over 250,000 packaged meals to feed the world’s poor last year alone. If you are interested, please contact Fr. Harris at 425-1870, ext 103, or Steve Linehan at 425-7074.
Pierce County Fair Food Booth Volunteers Needed
The Pierce County Fair is approaching and the Knights of Columbus food booth is again looking for volunteers to staff the booth. A GoogleDocs form has been created for you to sign up for a spot to work. (The link occasionally will have an error - we have yet to figure out why - but if it does not open, simply click on this link a couple times and it will eventually go through.) You just type in your name in the spot you would like to work, the organization you would like the percentage of the profits to go to, and then exit. It automatically saves. If you accidentally delete something, simply click the undo button in the GoogleDocs toolbar before you exit.
